I had been looking for a nice, sturdy tote to carry around my laptop and books as a grad student/professor. Although I haven’t been able to take it to campus yet, I know that because of the perfect size of the straps to carry on your shoulder and the large space to carry my laptop plus textbooks, this is my fav tote bag I’ve ever owned. Most tote bags this big don’t have any structure and are flimsy but this bag is not only beautiful and greatly made, but so sturdy and could take some wear and tear. I am so happy with this purchase

The “Pegai” branding on the outside of the bag ruins an otherwise great bag. Portland Leather Company’s near-identical tote places its branding on the INSIDE of the bag only. Most of us are buying your products to showcase the great LEATHER, not Pegai - the brand. Having the branding front and center on the outside ruins this bag for me and I’m sure many of your customers feel the same.

Customer service was excellent and the bag is a little stiffer than I hoped but it's gorgeous! I can't wait until it's a little softer and more broken in but it's beautiful!!
