I love it. It's perfect for going out to eat since it's large enough to store my phone away. I imagine it being a great travel wallet too, especially if you're visiting a country that uses a lot of cash. Overall, visually stunning. An absolutely gorgeous, but at the same time understated and effortless, wallet that goes with most outfits.

I just got my Helen bag from Pegai, and I’m really happy with it! I was a bit hesitant about the price at first (with duty and exchange, it came to about $650 CDN), but now that it’s here, the quality totally justifies it. The leather is so soft and feels really high-quality. The size is also great—even though it’s small, it fits all my essentials, including my wallet, my phone (6.42x3.06x0.32 inches), and a few other essentials.
I love that it’s versatile enough to use during the day or for an evening out, so I don’t need to switch bags (I was looking for the "one bag" for a while). I’ve been watching Tanner’s YouTube channel for a while and was looking for something that had the quality of a designer bag without the exorbitant price tag, and this one nails it. The fact that it was crafted in their new workshop in Ubrique, Spain (which Tanner mentioned is where all the top designers get their bags made), really shows in the craftsmanship.
I first bought the Hampton Crossbody in Babylon Red and a matching Isabel Card Case Wallet—both are just as great. I had a few questions and emailed Pegai, and Jamie responded with some really helpful advice. I ended up getting the Helen in black based on their recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. Overall, super happy with my purchase and the service!

After I bought this bag I immediately treated it with DUBBING (a leather treatment with oils and lanolin) just an old way of looking after leather softening and waterproofing it. I have found this bag to be hardy, strong (thick leather), easy to use, handles all conditions and comfortable. It fits easily over your shoulder. I have treated it pretty roughly. The only problem I’ve found is where the metal ring connects to the bag from the carry sling is it broke clean off, I have a bag that is really good but because the metal connections are weak and the leather loop for the ring broke, I cannot repair it at a cobbler, see photo below. Can the makers make a stronger leather connection loop. It has lasted me a few years now, Thanks PEGAI a good bag.
I bought this bag as a gift and upon receiving it, the strap on the bag was not finished sewn. It’s falling apart so I contacted customer service and their only solution was to burn the end of the string as they called it a “loose string”… this is not a loose string, it wasn’t finished. The only other “solution” they had was to return it. I don’t know why they can’t just take the bag back and repair it. There was also a glove left inside the bag, I’m assuming from whomever packaged the bag. All in all, horrible quality assurance.

We’ve already sent you a prepaid return label so you can send the bag back at no cost. Once we receive it, we can either repair the strap or provide a full refund—whichever you prefer. However, if you’d like to resolve the issue yourself, you can also burn the end of the string to seal it. Just be sure to quickly pass the flame over the string, avoiding contact with the leather for long.

I had been eyeing this bag for several years. I knew it would be top quality, but had to wait to afford it. I am not disappointed. I’d been looking all over for a briefcase, so I have done my research. I also own many quality leather bags and other items. I do not believe there is a better leather briefcase for the value on the market. Superb job!

This briefcase is of Hermes quality. The leather work is astonishing, as expected from the makers in Ubrique. I mean 100% perfection. There are however one primary and one secondary room for improvement: first, the zipper is kind of hard to open/close, which impacts the usability a fair bit. I have not sought the support for this - maybe it is a matter of greasing/oiling it? Second, there is the form of the briefcase. When used without something thick inside towards the top, the zipper and the soft leather lets the briefcase fold so the top becomes pointy upwards (visually it looks like the briefcase is thinner at the top than expected. This secondary room for improvement is probably easy to fix with something that stabilizes the leather at the top. In my personal case, I can live with it, so I am not seeking a solution. But it may be good to know before making a decision. If Pegai reads this, it would be great to get a message from support on how I can proceed to fix the zipper - it may be as easy as applying something to it or as hard as changing it. Thank you for a briefcase I will wear every business day until retirement!
This wallet is really first rate. The full grain (not just top grain) buffalo exterior is bullet proof. The French Chevre (goat skin) lining is beautiful and exudes luxury. The stitching is flawless and durable. This wallet cannot be beat for double the price. My last wallet was nearly $200.00 so I was appalled when I discovered it was made in CHINA! These wallets are sewn and finished in Turkey. Much better. Tanner is an absolute expert in this field. The owner is not just a clothing designer slapping a label on a mediocre product and charging a fortune. This is a great find all the way around. I'm buying one for my brother in the near future that's how impressive this product is. This is what luxury really should be. Get one, enjoy it and you will still have money to put in it.

The Hampton bag has a good, compact design with lots of room for your essentials. The leather is lovely and the grain is authentic, not stamped on.
