I bought this bag as a gift and upon receiving it, the strap on the bag was not finished sewn. It’s falling apart so I contacted customer service and their only solution was to burn the end of the string as they called it a “loose string”… this is not a loose string, it wasn’t finished. The only other “solution” they had was to return it. I don’t know why they can’t just take the bag back and repair it. There was also a glove left inside the bag, I’m assuming from whomever packaged the bag. All in all, horrible quality assurance.

We’ve already sent you a prepaid return label so you can send the bag back at no cost. Once we receive it, we can either repair the strap or provide a full refund—whichever you prefer. However, if you’d like to resolve the issue yourself, you can also burn the end of the string to seal it. Just be sure to quickly pass the flame over the string, avoiding contact with the leather for long.
We're also very sorry about the glove left inside the bag—that was a clear oversight on our part, and we’ll be addressing it with our team to prevent this from happening again. I am very impressed with the Pegai Senior Leather Briefcase. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the quality is evident in every detail. The design is both smart and practical, making it a great choice for daily use. The bag feels incredibly sturdy; the straps are well-made and give me confidence that they won't tear off like on some other bags. It also feels very comfortable on the shoulder, distributing the weight evenly without causing any discomfort. The full-grain buffalo leather is of excellent quality, adding a touch of elegance to the overall look.
One suggestion I have is to consider making a bigger, wider version for men. I would definitely order one for my husband.
Overall, this briefcase exceeds my expectations in terms of quality, durability, and design.
And of course, I have already bought it some leather purse charms to make it look even better.

The bag is good and all, but when I initially bought it, I thought it was a full grain leather briefcase as said in the description and details section. Only when I later decided to check the leather facts section and after contacting customer support that it is actually top grain.
By that time, returning it isn't worth it since I already paid a lot for import duties and taxes. Tldr; good product but felt mislead.

The bag came packed very nicely. The quality of leather was good. However the size of bag is smaller than standard and looks more like a purse for women. I ended up giving it to my wife. Will recommend to increase the size to a standard bag.
