I never had a chance to appreciate the bag as the company took the payment and sent to a wrong address. I am disgusted because they refused to give details of the courier’s delivery mistake or refund the money, I don’t recommend to buy from this company. This business cannot be trusted.

Even though FedEx typically does not allow claims under these circumstances, we still went ahead and filed one for you (Case Number: C-197001434) in hopes of finding a resolution. We’re currently waiting for FedEx’s final decision, and if the claim is approved, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or a refund—whichever you prefer.

It looks rustic lacks finishing. Should come in nicer packaging than a plastic bag.
